GHIDRAH - A Three Headed Monster Godzilla fights, or a 3 Headed Rock Monster - 3 of the best tracks from Rock Ridge Music weekly, this is the latter - Enjoy!

Rikks Revues friends @ Rock Ridge Music have been kind enough to offer up full length tracks of some of their latest artists music, they are calling this GHIDRAH. These songs are able to be streamed / played with Windows Media Player, or another player that can play Windows Media Files. Each week the three tracks will change so you can get acquainted with new songs, and artists / bands on a weekly basis. 

This week on the GHIDRAH check out the best from an up-and-coming group of artists expected to make noise in 2007.

Ernie Halter is a soul-infused singer/songwriter, a guy who's been
influenced as much by the Lennon/McCartney as he has by Otis Redding, defying categorization.

MRNORTH return in early ‘07 with their new album “Fear & Desire,” but in the meantime band fans can enjoy a digital-only EP, “Sleeping Dogs".

Marin County is a sunny, green, and mellow collection of towns just
north of San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge.   Stroke 9 was born here, went on to mainstream success on the power of their #1 single “Little Black Back Pack”. This week’s GHIDRAH track is from their acoustic record entitled Café Cuts.  

FATAL SMILE: Formed in 1995 by guitarist Y following his arrival in  Stockholm from his home town of Katrineholm, he wasted no time in putting together the band along with the bass player Markus Johansson and vocalist H.B. Anderson, both of whom had recently arrived in Stockholm themselves also intent on furthering their musical careers.

ZERO IN ON is an alternative rock band coming from the South of
Switzerland, near the Italian border. This young trio has played together since year 2000, though the three of them have already been playing in their teens.

PHILIP BARDOWELL – “In The Cut” is a solo step from Philip in a straight-forward melodic rock / AOR direction and features the
songwriting contribution of such luminaries as Stan Bush, Jim Peterik and more.

Rock n’ roll is seldom a predictable affair. Just ask Chris DAUGHTRY. Better yet, examine the very public arc the enigmatic musician carved against the grain of American Idol, electrifying the show’s faithful audience with a gloves-off vocal style that revealed astonishing breadth with every new song.
